For outdoor events, clients are responsible for arranging adequate weather backup plans (e.g., tenting, indoor alternatives). Blue Ridge Boards, LLC is not responsible for damages to product or setup due to weather conditions. If inclement weather prevents safe delivery or setup, we will work with you to find the best possible solution, but no refunds will be issued for weather-related issues beyond our control.
DELIVERY & SETUP
Delivery and setup fees may apply based on event location and size. These fees will be clearly outlined in your event quote.
We will coordinate with you regarding arrival times and setup needs. Please ensure access to the event site at the agreed-upon time and that setup areas are clean, level, and ready.
Once the display is set, it may not be moved or altered without prior approval, as this may affect presentation quality and food safety.
